Mayor, City of Gillette
Mayor Shay Lundvall was born and raised in Gillette. He graduated college with a degree in Landscape Design and Business Administration from South Dakota State University. Shay met his wife, Lindsey, in college and after graduation, moved back to Gillette where he and Lindsey now reside with their son Breckin and daughter Skylin. Lindsey is a School Counselor at Buffalo Ridge Elementary School. Shay has worked in multiple industries and understands the unique challenges Gillette and Campbell County have. Shay currently works for Earth Work Solutions as a Business Development Manager and in his free time, he enjoys weight training, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
