May Lunch & Learn features state resources
Kassi Trujillo-Sullivan from Manufacturing Works and Brandi Harlow from the Wyoming Business Council will visit with local entrepreneurs at a Lunch & Learn May 8 at the Energy Capital Enterprise Center.
Manufacturing Works is the Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) for Wyoming. This non-profit organization provides small to mid-sized manufacturers and businesses with services including workforce development training and workshops, technology assistance, business advising and customized performance assistance. The Wyoming Business Council is the economic development agency for the state. The Business Council works with private businesses, state agencies, local governments, local economic development groups, partners and nonprofits to grow and diversify Wyoming’s economy, create jobs and enhance quality of lives.
Local entrepreneurs as well as those thinking about starting a small business are invited to attend the event from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Enterprise Center, 345 Sinclair St. in Gillette. Cost is $10, which includes a light lunch. The Lunch & Learn provides an opportunity for entrepreneurs to learn from experts as well as to network with each other to share ideas, expertise, insights and partnerships.
