Exciting things happening for Mammoth Networks

Mammoth Networks, sister business of Energy Capital Economic Development Investor, Visionary Communications, has had a lot of exciting things happening lately.  From their recent report:

Mammoth has divested of our legacy ATM, TDM and SONET networks as of February 1st 2017.  We have spent the last few months embracing our evolution to Ethernet and Wave services, and have further developed our fiber plans for the Rockies.

Going forward, Mammoth will be focused on services in the Western US.  We have embarked on fiber builds in Colorado and Wyoming.

Mammoth Acquires Skywerx
Mammoth reached an agreement the last week of May to acquire Skywerx Industries, LLC of Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

Skywerx operates an IRU from Durango to Farmington to Albuquerque, and is an experienced licensed microwave operator in the toughest terrain of Colorado.  Skywerx has also developed a containerized tower as shown here.  These "Tower Pods" can be deployed quickly on mountain tops or around small communities with limited access to broadband Internet.

Mammoth plans to operate Skywerx as a division to provide licensed microwave routes throughout Western Colorado, and to roll out a wholesale LTE broadband platform.

Mammoth at Mountain Connect
Mammoth sponsored Colorado Mountain Connect 2017 once again.  It was a great show!

Pictured to the right are John Keeley (VP of Carrier Sales), Evan Biagi (VP of Colorado Operations) and Dick Foth (VP of Engineering).  You can't top this crew!

Brian Wagner (VP of Carrier Relations) and Gina Dillard (VP of Operations) have just completed their tour of INCOMPAS and ITW this Spring, promoting Mammoth's wholesale platform.  We'll next attend Fiber Connect this June in Orlando FL, and WTA this September in Coeur d'Alene ID.  We hope to see you there!
