Inventing ideas today for tomorrow’s market

Enzi to host 2016 Inventors Conference in Gillette

If you’re an inventor or entrepreneur, head to Gillette College on October 1 to take part in a Wyoming tradition, U.S. Senator Mike Enzi’s annual Inventors Conference.

“In today's rapidly changing marketplace, I am committed to helping Wyoming's small business owners and inventors succeed,” Enzi said. “That means bringing information about the patent process, business planning, funding options and marketing to people’s doorstep. This conference connects you with resources available across the state. You’ll learn from the pros and hopefully move closer to creating new products and jobs for our state.”

The conference has become a Wyoming tradition over the years, where speakers and other Wyoming inventors share knowledge, expertise and wisdom on securing patents, developing business plans and marketing products, according to Enzi.

The conference is free and open to the public, regardless of background or experience. Pre-registration is available now by contacting Enzi’s State Director Karen McCreery, at (307) 527-9444 or Karen_McCreery@enzi.senate.gov.

If you’re unable to pre-register, registration will be available the morning of the conference. Day-of registration begins October 1st at 7:30 a.m. and I will be in attendance to kick off the day’s events at 8:30 a.m.

“I look forward to seeing you there,” Enzi said.
